A few weeks ago I had the privilege of attending the Better Homes & Gardens Style Maker event in Brooklyn, NY. This was my 4th time attending, I am always grateful for the opportunity and for the recognition of being a Style Maker. This year the event was at Hotel 1, a picturesque location right next to the Brooklyn Bridge. This hotel was A-MAZING!!! It was a great spot to spend the day learning, networking and catching up with friends.

There was such a strong connection to this family and the people I worked with that I knew I had to get this right.

I was doing what I loved and I was actually getting paid to do it. I felt beyond grateful. I was earning a living and make my house a home in the process.
