DIY Map Art-Give Your Walls A Coastal Look in 10 Minutes
Hi Friends!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your encouraging words on
My Big{gest} News post!!!
The Better Homes & Gardens shoot is today & I couldn’t be more excited!!!
I can’t wait to reveal more to all of you:).
Today I am sharing a really easy decorating idea!
Decorating, building, DIY & design makes me incredibly happy,
it feeds my soul but it all takes time, lots of time:).
So when I find projects that take just a few minutes
and give a BIG impact, it’s a huge win for me.
Last week I found these old maps HERE.
They were $5 each, deal, right?!
I just unrolled them & gave them a little trim.
Laying the glass over top {be careful},
I simply marked the edges with a pencil & cut.
So easy!
These frames are from HERE.
And I LOVE them!!!
I change the art with the seasons,
I just keep the prints behind each other.
These are my boys from winter.
I am hoping to get some summer prints up soon:).
I order them from HERE.
I hope this simple project inspired you today.
It doesn’t have to be maps, it can be any print old or new.
This is also a great time of year for garage & tag sales,
keep your eyes open:)!

LOVE your style, LOVE the maps!
You have truly inspired me! I have a map in the closet that is just dying to be used.
Lucky wonderful find. Love how your framed maps look on wall. I have a big US map I found somewhere, think I’d have hubs make a frame for it. Maybe after summer I’ll switch to maps for my art. We still have one Truckers atlas. could copy maps to frame, love great colors also. Your boys are very handsome, lucky Mom. Enjoy your boys and happy summer days.
Brilliant and beautiful Jen! LOVE it!
Love this! I am obsessed with maps! x
love the wreath hanging up on the wall between the maps! How did you do that? 🙂
