Hi there friends! I know things around here have been quiet this week. I do have a very good & exciting excuse. But first let me catch you up on what’s on the horizon and share this round up of beautiful cage pendant lights I have been meaning to post. As most of you know I shared my new kitchen lights last month in an effort to show you that you can make simple changes to your kitchen that will make a big impact without a full on renovation. Lighting is such an important aspect to any space, especially a kitchen.
Hi there friends! I am back to share more about the Better Homes & Gardens makeover I revealed a few weeks ago, which is also in the October issue. This home was a privilege to makeover, I grew so fond of the homeowner Karen, her grandson Liam and the entire crew including Robert & his wife Catherine from Rebuilding Together. There was such a strong connection to this family and the people I worked with that I knew I had to get this right.
Hi there friends!! I am beyond excited to share some super BIG news!! The deserving homeowner makeover I did with BHG & Rebuilding Together , the issue is finally out! It’s in the Better Homes & Gardens October issue and the article is called Home, Sweet Home. Up until now I haven’t been able to share too much with you, just the basics about the collaboration. So you can imagine how ecstatic I am to finally spill the beans!!!
Hi there friends! As most of you know I just finished a makeover for a very deserving homeowner and with that came the fun part of having to scout for styling pieces. I hit almost every home store you can imagine of over the last month, Ikea included. I hadn’t been in a while and they had tons of new items, especially with a beachy-boho vibe so I thought it was only fair to share my favorites:).
Happy Friday! Remember THIS post from a while back when I talked about my love for woven baskets and how I had seen a basket at Target and knew it would make for a perfect pendant light? Well I am finally sharing the details. Let me also say this project is SO easy, anyone can make this. The best part, it makes a really stylish impact with a modern coastal vibe, perfect for this time of year.
Hi there friends, welcome to part 1 of my summer home tour! I am thrilled to be a part of Julie’s Celebrate Summer House Tour, if you are coming from My Sweet Savannah, it is so nice to have you here, her home is such a treat to tour, isn’t it?! This blog hop has some of my favorite bloggers in it and I have enjoyed touring each home myself, I know you will as well.
Hi there friends! I am finally ready to share the inspiration board for Jack’s room! I probably should have done this a little sooner as we are almost ready for the reveal but never the less, I think it’s nice to see the design elements separately in a mood board. We were going for a functional space that felt fresh, playful and modern, oh yeah and coastal too. We live coastally and it’s a huge part of our life, through every season we find ways to explore the beach plus Jack LOVES ocean life so I thought let’s do a modern take on coastal with a surf + turf color palette would make it feel naturally connected.
