DIY Marbelized Mugs + My Rachael Ray Air Date

Hi there friends! As promised I am sharing the easy tutorial on how I created a marbleized effect on the coffee mugs I just showcased in my Hot Cocoa Bar. I was on the hunt for green mugs and couldn’t find any, so I thought I would try something fun & different. I am also sharing my Rachael Ray episode date, which is right around the corner, eek!!!

This DIY is so much fun!!! You will become addicted, I just did ornaments too. This would make a great holiday gift, just stick a gift card inside with some chocolates, so cute!

Start with a clean white mug, with no embellishments. Use 2-3 nail polish colors within the same hue you like.

Take a large bowl and fill with water. I usually fill it half way or a little more. Pour in your nail polish and take something slender to cut it through, creating a swirled look. Move quickly it dries fast. You can get 1-2 mugs from each pour.

Just dip your mug in and pull it out.

Pretty cool right?! You can do so many things, ornaments, any kind of white holiday décor, like maybe a Christmas village house or 2. You can match your holiday color scheme to this project, which is nice.

Then just let it dry. One tip, hand wash these.

Ta da! They add a nice festive touch to my holiday cocoa bar.
