Nancy Meyers Patio-Get The Look For Less At Target
Not only is Nancy Meyers a household movie name, but she is also highly sought-after for her interiors. Just type Nancy Meyers Aesthetic into the Google search bar, Instagram, Tiktok, or Pinterest, and you will get lost for days. Last year, I wrote a post, Get The Nancy Meyers Look in 12 Easy Steps and guess what? Not surprising what so ever, it went viral. We crave her interiors because they are cozy, layered, classic, and best of all, tell a story. That’s why I gravitate toward her style and write books with the same sensibility. It’s easy, not overdone, and feels accessible.
Speaking of accessible! I’m sure her price tag is not. So I pulled together a Nancy Meyers-inspired patio for WAY less from Target. Remember that her aesthetic is all about whites, creams, textures, wicker, and rattan with touches of black and blue. Sidenote: I debated sharing the look from less here, but at the end of the day, there are few places you can get the same look as, say, Pottery Barn, for a fraction of the cost. If anything, take these ideas and find them where you are comfortable shopping.
I LOVE how this space turned out! I wish I had the money to do my patio all over again! I started with those cute gingham ottomans, which, by the way, are outdoor! Then I found the modular sectional, and I swooned. I love the mix of neutral furniture with touches of black and blue. I also mixed curved angles with some more modern and straight ones. A little tip: I use both indoor and outdoor pillows. Typically, unless on my porch, I bring them in and out. You can also seal them with a waterproof spray. If you look up in the far right corner of the mood board, you’ll see the cutest baby blue dishes. They ARE plastic! Cute right?!
