These DO NOT disappoint and like I said, there is little guilt with these Coconut Fudge Bites!
I have had everyone tasting these and they can’t believe that they are a. healthy & b. gluten free. They are that good! Oh and guess what?! They are NO BAKE!!!

Ingredients
4 cups sweetened shredded coconut
2/3 cup Agave syrup
2 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup cacoa
3/4 cup almond flour
1 cup softened coconut oil
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Mix dry ingredients in a medium to large bowl. Add syrup & coconut oil and stir well. Lay wax paper over a baking sheet. Scoop out small spoonful’s and roll into ball. Add them to your baking sheet & refrigerate for 30 minutes. Garnish with cocoa or confectionery sugar. Makes 35 pieces.
These will make a great addition to your cookie swap or you can bundle them up for holiday gifts.

I wonder if a GF flour blend would work for replacing the almond flour???
