Happy day friends! It’s open house Friday! Today I am sharing another Hamptons beauty, it’s new construction, close to the beach and is in the quaint town of East Hampton, NY. The exterior is quite striking, it seems to have a bit of an Asian influence. There are so many details to love in this home, from the farmhouse aesthetic to the clean and modern touches.
Many weekend mornings I am up early with my coffee searching for real estate. Not sure why, but it’s relaxing for me. Shane told me last week that he thought my obsession with houses was getting out of hand, lol. My boys will not admit this but they like house hunting too.

Thanks for showing this house. I know I’m in the minority, but I like seeing empty houses so I can imagine and determine how rooms are used. All of the staging is distracting, in my opinion, because I want to see the bones of the place and the actual walls, woodwork, etc. Call me silly, but that’s my opinion …..
