I went light on the Christmas decorating this year while still staying true to the Coastal Niece Christmas Aesthetic. I had every intention of switching it up and adding touches of red, but I had book deadlines and sponsored content to create. Light Gray is the same color as the drapes I have in my den, the former dining room. And I loved the versatility of this color!
Bows are everywhere this year! And I’m loving it! Two simple DIYs I added in this room are the French blue ribbon on the candlesticks & the block-print bow on the Christmas tree, which I hot-glued.
Of course, I took pictures on the rainiest, gloomiest day! Even moody, it still feels magical.
