My outdoor spaces are my escape in the summer. Whether it be my patio or my backyard pea gravel patio, I treasure my time outside. What makes that time even better is the ambiance, and through the years, I’ve tested some different outdoor lighting ideas. But last year, I discovered a backyard hack, and it changed everything. Bye-bye, real candles that get caked with dirt and soaked with water. And so long battery-operated lanterns. There’s a new kid in town, and she’s called SOLAR LIGHTS!

Before last year, I used countless extension cords to rig up my lights every year, and now I don’t have to! This is so freeing! These fairy garden lights below are from Amazon and are amazing. I also added them to my Christmas pots.

I also invested in the solar lanterns below, and they were worth every penny. I also used these during the holidays. Before, I was going through tons of batteries, and now I turn the switch on and leave them to light up at night. You can find the EGG CHAIR HERE.
