Perfect Day
It’s not too often but every once in while I have a perfect day.Not rushed or planned, relaxing and really fun.
Life moves so fast and I don’t want to be one of those moms who gets so caught up in the day to day that I forget the savor the ride. Typically everything we do as a family involves some kind of plan, a “little” stress and yes it’s fun but definately not “lay on the beach” relaxing.
Anyone relate?????
This day was perfect, it was “lay on the beach” relaxing. I wish I had more like it. Something to strive for. Planning is highly overrated (we’ll see how long that lasts), anyways it was so good to regroup & refuel.
Nothing like a hometown Memorial Day Parade to remember all those who have fought for our freedoms and who continue to.
I thought it was a sweet picture, the boy was a little older than my son.
John & Shane do a little climbing at Bellport Bay.
We biked to our local beach with a picnic.
This is were we find all of our summer treasures, we like to pretend we are on “treasure hunts.” 
We were the only ones there, a little peace and tranquility is very good for the soul!
