Holiday Hoop Art + Free Antler Printable
Hi friends! Happy Wednesday! I am gearing up for the holidays + have tons of DIY’s to share. This year I decided to change things up a bit + use some reds and brighter tones. I will be showcasing my boys playroom, along with some holiday vignettes + THIS amazing tree from Balsam Hill on Friday as a part of Jennifer Rizzo’s Holiday Housewalk!!! Eek! I cant wait to show you everything I have been up to! In the meantime I thought I would show an easy + fun DIY for your walls using an old shirt, some felt + a drop cloth-Holiday Hoop Art.
I love this project, it is so easy!!! Just wrap your fabric or old shirt around the hoop, widen the outer circle, lay on top + tighten. I cut a simple Christmas Tree from some green felt + use some embroidery string to stitch around the edges.
Ta da! Super easy!
Next I used a larger hoop + some grey felt. This is thick so have patience. After I wrapped it over the hoop I traced antlers from a small piece of drop cloth I had left over from another project. I sprayed the back lightly with tacky spray + pressed in place.
Simple + fun Antler Art.
