So, new resolution, be grateful for 3 things each day and SLOW down.
OK, so I decided last week to begin each day being grateful for at least three things. Being that I am a grateful person by nature I thought piece of cake. Well, life got crazy last week and before I knew it 2 days had past by and I hadn’t even thought about it. You wouldn’t think this would be a hard thing to do, but because we wear so many hats through the day and we just go, go, go it can be hard.
Today, I am grateful that I got to take my son out for ice cream. Today, I am grateful that my husband has a job and that we are healthy.
