Hi there friends! Hope you are having the best start to your spring! I can’t tell you how much I am enjoying the warmer days and being able to play outside later. Everything is beginning to bloom and that is inspiring me to start creating my outdoor spaces again. Each year I make a few modifications, I add some new things, do a few DIY’s and move pieces around to make it feel fresh and different than the years before. This year my first order of business is to change the seating on my front porch. It is an expansive space and I know it can handle a big piece so I decided it is time to add an outdoor sectional to the main area.
I ordered one that gives me the flexibility to make it into a sofa if I so choose but it comes with a chaise and right now I am loving this idea because we spend so much time out here. To have more space to lounge is going to be a game changer. I am going for a neutral base of dark gray, natural wood tones and white, then adding some color with indigos, turquoise and maybe orange.
This is my 3rd sectional. I have one inside and will have 2 outside. The thing I love about the outdoor sectionals is they are modular, so you can mix and match the seating if you get tired of the look. I also love that they are family friendly and allow for cozy seating that feels cohesive.
These had me at hello and a few are very budget friendly….
After I found the inspiration pieces I began to research to find some more affordable options. The ones below are the best for the price. There are a few over $2000, I left them because for the size I thought they were worth the cost. FYI, I found some good ones under $1000. I tend to like sleek modern arms and simple cushion styles.
